Grindr seems to be the only decent one in my area. I only use it for hookups tho, so it might depends on what you're looking for.

Grindr is the most popular so you'll get the largest selection with it; however I also recommend Jack'd as a companion app, seems to attract the guys who find Grindr too seedy, so a smaller pool but likely better for something beyond just hooking up.
