M/25 was self locked for 2 weeks a couple of days ago. Don't have a kh currently. I became interested in it while I was in a ldr, we tried it out after a couple of months and it was great. If you mean physical issues then the answer is no with a *. The * is you need to keep your prostate healthy, and also people say wearing one 24/7 for very long periods can affect erectile tissue making your erect dick slightly smaller over time. Uhmm, speaking from my experience no serious downsides. You will be horny more than usual, cleaning your dick when having foreskin is not that easy with a cage still on, but doable with some time and practice.
