Smoked multiple times a day for 4 years ( like wake n bake them all day till sleep aside from work) was always fine and could smoke a lot, suddenly get panic attacks from it. Can't smoke anymore.

Nah, its a panic attack. I get them when I am sober too, I have since I was a kid. It just never used to happen when I was smoking. As for amount, I'll take a little puff off a j and get an attack.

What does being high actually feel like? I've smoked 4 times and I don't think I've ever been 'high'. I can see my eyes go red etc, people tell me I'm high but I feel 100% the same. I know weed isn't going to give you a cocaine type high or an LSD trip. But I feel nothing, no dry mouth, no munchies etc. Yes, I've inhaled/held properly last 2 times.

I usually just feel more relaxed. It usually depends on the kind of weed, some strains are stronger than others. Also, most people don't get super high their first few times they smoke. I didn't get really high until the fifth or sixth time. TBQH I haven't gotten as good of a high since those couple times, and I've been smoking daily for the past several months. The thing about weed is its not like cigarettes or alcohol where once you're used to it its always the same effect depending on how much you consume, with weed there's way more variables.
