Well, how are you deciding on what the term "female beauty" means?
Ultimate, objective truth that everyone follows? Obviously false. There are plenty of men (myself" included) that prefer chubbier women, and I'm sure women themselves run a gamut of preferences.
The general conscious of world culture? Good luck getting anything even approximating a real idea, humans are way to fucking varied for anything but the vaguest of statements like "Not horrible under or overweight" and "mostly symmetrical face". Anything more specific than that is going to be impossible to prove.
Fashion/beauty world standards? You might be the closest to correct there, as that world has traditionally favored skinniness to a degree much higher than the rest of the world. Still, marking a specific point seems difficult, and even that zeitgeist has been changing in the last decade, moving away from ultra-skinny, so not sure it still even supports your assertion.
Overall, this seems like a useless theory with no actually evidence behind it, leading me to believe one of two things: Either you are not very smart, and posted this actually believing it, or you were bored and decided to post bait.
