I can't seem to maintain a normal sleep schedule. I wake up for work at 6:45 and go in for 8, Yet I can't make myself go to bed any earlier than 1am. On weekends I immediately revert to going to bed when the sun rises

I slept through the first class of this semester and the next class I had to sign up for an oral presentation and the only one available was the following class meeting. Now I have a four page research paper due, which I'm near 3/4 through, on my subject by midnight PST, but I have band practice at 11. Am I gonna make it, guys?
