So I'm wondering, are there any femanons out there with successful careers in fields like engineering science? I want to ask you all a question. I'd like to learn how to talk to types like that, since it'd be a similar career field and I'd feel more intellectually equal, but I don't see nearly as many in my classes. I realize they are females, and want to be treated just as anyone else would, but I'm asking because I want to know if there's a particular approach that would seem better just to introduce myself and get the ball rolling. Basically, I want us to respect each other on an intellectual level. Now how do I go about doing that?
