i was trying to record this song but my acoustic guitar is so shit. the action is ridiculously high and i even sanded down the saddle but it didn't do shit so i also have it tuned down a full step permanently but it still gives me hella wrist cramps to play bar chords for more than 5 minutes. i got it for free from my buddy though so i guess i can't complain.

possibly, i don't think you can actually train your wrist muscles like that though. i think it just gets worse and worse until you pull something, maybe. i just ended up saying fuck it and using my electric lol. one thing that's kinda nice about a high action acoustic though is when i switch to electric my fingers are at like double speed because they're used to having to press down so hard.
