OP, I would recommend dying your hair a really nice chocolate dark brown. It will last much longer than bright colours (even though they are fun) and then you won't have to bleach and cause damage to your hair! To make it look less frizzy in the meantime, try using a a light oil product like bumble and bumble's hairstylist oil in the orange bottle, and heat style with a ceramic straightener. Your hair will be super shiny and soft. Style it so that it doesn't cover your face. Contact lenses or a modern pair of glasses would also help with your style. Blue lipsticks do not look good on anyone, seriously. Stick to a natural lip colour, slightly more pink or red than your natural lips, but nothing super bold. Get your brows professionally waxed and then take a picture. You should be able to pluck them on your own from that picture and won't have to pay to get them shaped all the time. Experiment with eye makeup. Go to the gym, do mostly cardio and some aerobics if you want to be lean but are worried about gaining bulkier muscle. Eat a healthy diet.
All this sounds like a lot. But I am guessing you are transitioning right now. I'm sure it is very challenging. I'm not trying to be critical. I am a femanon, born female, and I do everything that I suggested to you to enhance my looks as well. It sounds like a lot, but if I can do it, I know you can too! Good luck!

Hey OP, you should do a deep conditioning mask on your hair, trim the ends, change the middle part to the side, and flat iron it! Also, maybe update your glasses so they suit your face better, get a tan, and wear a different lip color.
