You could use some sunlight, and some more sleep. Sleep in the sunlight whilst growing out your hair on top a little, and keep the sides short like now. Do a little mohawk or something, or just generally look for better hairstyles with thinner hair like yours. Doubt a complete buzz would look better. Maybe get some facial hair, and a gym membership is good for everyone wanting to improve their looks.
