Yes and no, always felt like I could eat massive amounts of food without bulking up, but a lot of people claim "fast metabolism" just means bad appetite, and you're not really eating as much as you think. I'm not denying that possibility. During the service we'd get 4 meals a day and during the first few months I'd typically have twice as much food on my tray as the guys sitting next to me. Sure enough, I bulked up pretty nicely during that time, then my appetite sort of subsided. Guess it just comes down to finance and motivation.
