yeah it was awesome and scary at the same time. we were in the middle of nowhere virginia at some mountain that intersected the appalachain trail, about 2 hours drive from my buddies' house. it was the middle of the winter so it was snowing as well.
lsd makes you unable to control your body temperature so we were basically cold blooded the whole way up then down. by the time we got to the bottom, we were all starving as fuck and wanted to go home, but we had no cell phone service (we were all tripping to hard to check our phones when we got dropped off.)
we had brought a blunt to smoke in case we got bored so we lit it up but my buddy rolled it while he was tripping so he didn't seal it properly, and accidentally ate all the weed out of it. so were like fuck we're stranded with no food and no weed, so we just started walking down the highway hoping something would happen.
after about 20 minutes, we got to a gas station that was closed for the night. we waited for about 20 minutes there until some guy pulled in in a truck finally. we slowly walked over to him and found out he was literally just stopping to take a piss. we find out he's drunk as fuck and apparently went through a dui checkpoint with some girl giving him a blowjob or some shit lol. i dunno, we were all still tripping balls. so we used his cell phone to call my buddy and finally got a ride.
moral of the story: drunk drivers can sometimes save your life, if youre in the middle of nowhere on acid.

I am so very excited. My brother and I decided we are going to watch all six the week before with the Jar Jar Binks theory in mind and then go see the new one opening weekend.

The book has been my favorite for a long time, so I was really excited when they made a movie of it. Of course I liked it bc Tom Hardy, but I feel like it could have been a lot lot better so I was disappointed. Was curious to hear what someone who hadnt read the book thought of it though
