Take away her phone. Go to the phone store and explain to the service guy that you want to remove her internet/camera capabilities, or possibly just downgrade to a really old basic model that doesn't have that.

I am just a concerned mom. I don't know much about this site. from what I can see so far I don't want my daughter here. I cannot completely restrict her access as she is staying with another family temporarily. If only I could smack some sense into her! i am not dumb I am not going to post her pic and make this worse. Just pretend like I am a newbie to this site and help me understand how to catch her in the act. I do want to scare her away from making huge mistakes that she cannot take back.

Directly confront her, she obviously shinks she is adult enough to be doing these things, so treat her like one. Talk about saftey, talk about reasonable expectationsof the types of relationships that can be fostered here. Go over all the ways people can take advantage of her here, like steeling pictures, cyber stalking, real world stalking, etc. Without making it a scare tactic inform her that she could be prosecuted for child pornography for taking pictures of herself, it has happened before. Most importantly help her to find healthy safe ways express and explore her sexuality.

Yep, totally lost a girl that way. She went to college and then realised that it was more fun to behave like a child still and dropped out of college so she could work at a bar and just drink and have no real responsibilities. She still hasn't realised yet that eventually that lifestyle is going to get old. No one wants to tend bar for 50 years. Shit. I'm just hoping that she figures it out sooner rather than later and comes back to me.
But yeah, thats what happens to children if you try to smother them and run their lives. At some point you just have to let them fuck up on their own or they wont learn. Let them fuck up early and often or else they'll just wait until college and then have one big massive fuckup.

Thought if I were in your shoes, I would just have a straight up heart to heart. On the point, no beating around the bushes, just understand where she is coming from. Then I'd tell her that no matter what she decides to do, I will always love her and be there for her.
