>How do I get started?
Before anything else, come up with the character you want to fuck as. Try not to make a boring character, make someone you think people would want to interact with, it doesn't have to just be sexually! Once you've come up with your character, register an account on https://www.f-list.net and create a profile for them. If you're having trouble with concept, feel free to talk here with us in the thread or join our channel with a blank profile. We're happy to help you figure things out!

After you've created your character and think you're ready to actually ERP, open F-chat 1.0 or 2.0 from the chat tab on the top left of the Homepage. Look through the Public Channels and find the ones which interest you or apply to your character. If someone's ad interests you, look at their profile and private message them if they still interest you, or wait for someone to do the same to you. You can also post your character here, there's a chance one of us will be interested.

The guy on the left is Sans, the one on the right is Papyrus. I'm not sure what the blue hearts mean (I'd think HP, but, well, without spoiling anything too badly, their HP is functionally irrelevant in the actual game). The 10/10 bones is probably a joke on the fact that a dog keeps running off with the bones Papyrus uses for his special attacks. And Sans... well, Sans definitely doesn't run out of bones. But back to the subject of your profile being a mess; you've made the mistake that a lot of people--mostly the kind of people who'd pay to be subscribers and commission a ton of artwork, come to think of it--seem to make. You've got this profile set up and it looks great on YOUR monitor, but chances are it's going to look like ass on most other people's monitor.
And make no mistake, this is completely unrelated to my hate for profiles that lack a certain Laconic flair; You've got a pretty picture, but you've framed it with cardboard.
Here's what it looks like to me.
Having that E off on it's own line, having the "invites" jump off to the next line, having all the text come off as ugly because you wanted it justified... this all detracts from the appearance you're trying to cultivate. It's not quite as bad as when someone trying to be Christian Grey approaches me with a typo riddled intro post, but it is pretty similar, even if technically your ability to craft a profile doesn't have anything to do with your ability to write. But just like those people with really shitty art they drew themselves, it still looks bad because it feels like you don't notice your own problems.
This is all the kind of thing I'd say to someone like Wonder Woman if I didn't want to stay on her good side as much as possible.
(I'm assuming this isn't helping the "deciding if [you] actually like [me] as a human being" thing)

The Battletech universe is a pretty big place. There's a lot of latitude to play with there. Relax. Even if it does take a while, you can always do stuff in subsequent threads.

A friend plays it, so I tried it and I honestly fell pretty hard for it. It combines the parts of World of Tanks I like(d) with a setting I like with cool Robots.
It helps that i'm also not terrible at the game, i'm learning it pretty fast, which is nice for someone who is chronically terrible at games.
It's got flaws, I see that blatantly, but i'm enjoying it and i'm never going to pay a cent to do it, so all I have to lose is my already 100% wasted time. I won't feel bad if I get bored and drop it because I won't have sunk cost fallacy hanging over me.
But yeah, I totally just did all of the community warfare challenges they put out this weekend, so now I can relax.
All in all, for now, it's a good game for me to grind on while I take a long, long, long hiatus from Warframe and War Thunder and World of Tanks/Warships.

Hey /erpg/ I want to make a shape-shifting character. I know they come of as cheesy and I probably won't get any play out of him but I'd still like to be able to make him look nice, just in case.
My idea is a stuck-up teenager that changes into a dog. As a human he'd be an over achieving bully. He tries to act cold and superior but has a secret, despite desire for friendship. He'd take on dog form to escape his normal life, wandering the neighbourhood as a friendly stray. Dog form would also be his opportunity to pursue the desires he'd be to afraid to pursue in his human body. I think it has some potential for some fun non-lewd to very lewd rping, IF I could every find a partner.

My character can be described as a young male in his early 20's. Featuring a healthy, but somewhat fragile build, his occupation is one of a Butler, a male servant that is paid (or not.) For tasks, such as cleaning, preparing meals, and other daily chores.
Both his hair and eyes are a soft chocolate brown, while his face sports no facial hair or marks, and is free of acne, and only a light childhood scrape behind his right ear.
Is body, as mentioned before. Is healthy for a male of his age, featuring a somewhat weak build in terms of muscle mass, but not lanky, or skinny.
For whom it may interest, his lower regions are lightly trimmed, while his penis is currently cut, and a full 7.2 Inches with a full erection.
His personality is a timid, yet "eager to please" serving his role as a Butler quite well.
For a back story, I'm perfectly fine working it into any setting, whether it be a medieval "fantasy" world, or a sci-fi wasteland adventure. With my limitations only being that he ended up in your service, this can be discussed, his appearance can be changed.
My characters name can be chosen by the partner if they so desire, any fetishes can be introduced, with the exception of brutal gore, and others that a bit extreme.

The issue is that what you're looking for pretty much never works out. That you'd look for it somewhere filled with idiots means you're doubly less likely to find it. People like Zath and that damned dragonborn bitch in the channel are not the kind of people you want to RP with.
If you really want games, then you're better off getting people you know to run them, which means getting people to know you. If you really want to play with strangers, then the lewd aspect isn't really going to work out because it never does, so just find something on Roll20 or a /tg/ Gamefinder thread.
