No. I read somewhere alcohol tolerance builds over 2 weeks as the veins to your liver increase in diameter, allowing for faster alcohol metabolisation. However, it can't increase beyond that point. I think your mental tolerance increases though as you learn more aboutnhow you act when you're drunk. But alcohol tolerence, and again this is only what I know, doesn't increase beyond a certain threshold I probably reached about 5 years ago.
If anyone knows any different, I'd love to hear.

Nothing. The veins that can supply your liver can't go over a certain diameter. What does happen if you drink all the time though is that the veins permently stay open even when yo're sober leading to liver problems. At least that's what I read, don't believe it.
