Certainly if you are truly a good poster you'd try your best to improve the board, rather than pop in every once in a while and complain about something you don't even use.

This board and it's member base are progressively worsening by the day. It's severe lack of any original content and recycled memes from other /b/oards becomes immediately apparent upon scrolling through the first page. This board has become nothing more than a nesting ground for those who enjoy repetitive circle-jerks over dubs and rehashing old memes, which aren't at all amusing. I have been here since April 1st, so I know what I'm talking about. I have contributed endless amounts of original content to this board, which is always used in appropriate moderation. I honestly don't know why I continue to come back and create quality thread after quality thread, which are always unanimously well-received. Maybe years from now someone scrolling through some archive somewhere will see all the tireless effort I put into making /s4s/ a tolerable place and become inspired to imitate my threadcrafting ability. But, until that day, I must remain ever vigilant in ensuring that at least one of my quality threads is always present on /s4s/ at any given time. I'm glad that I can be of assistance in contributing to the overall quality of this board, even if I set the bar to an unreachable height for most of the common users on 4chan.
