Malau made it so you can't comment against him in that thread, meaning no one can refute some of his claims. Nearly every post is just him ranting about fake breasts. Granted, a lot of the idols (gravure and AV) do have implants but he seems to be in denial of those with real breasts.

I don't know about Ai Shinozaki in particular, but a lot of busty Japanese models have a special surgery done that essentially transports fat from other areas of the body to the breasts with no silicone involved, like a natural "home grown" implant pair. It's not that they didn't like the dating per se.
What became the bigger issue was the way the guy, Kpop singer Lee Hongki, basically acted rude on one of the negative comments he got.
He basically went, "It's none of your business. Fuck off", kind of response to the commenter. Then everybody else chimed in and it got far worse than it was before Hongki commented.
It all ended a few days later when both parties denied the dating rumors, with Ai even issuing an apology of sort to her fans. Basically she denied their relationship and apologises for the issue.
Then no more news about the two. Well talent agencies in Japan are used to these things. It's not far-fetched that they're suppressing rumors using the influence they wield in Japanese society (yakuza, bribes, threats, you know the stuff)
But yeah, Shinozaki's kinda popular in Korea lately. Good for her.
