Some of the smaller implants can be inserted through small incisions in the armpits, eliminating frankenboob. My bet's on fake, there is a very slight "flat spot" on the bottom of the right one near the sternum that they airbrush out a little better in some pics than others; they're excellent fakes even if I'm right though, and they're perfectly proportioned to each other and to the rest of her body, so who cares?
