So about last week I logged onto my PC and went onto my File Explorer and I noticed the top of it becam huge,What also has become this way is when I right click,I don't know what caused it but if anyone knows a tutorial or how's to fix it please give a reply!

That only minimizes it,
I want to make it smaller because it is way big at the moment and I don't know how I did it.

Maybe you enabled touchscreen mode by accident.
