Here are some of the things i did...
1. Moved the shirt by cutting and warping it.
2. Created a breast using the smudge tool.
3. Got a donot boob and edited it in.
4. Created some shadows with filters and brush.
5. Finished some details with the clone stamp.
took me about 1 hour to edit that pic.
