It could, but
1. the source picture is shit, butchered up light that would require me to bring everything down to its quality, which would be hard and probably end up in a mess.
2. the porn is a laughable 470x313

Light would be at the top of the list, face angles are obvious, but if there's strong light coming from a different angle it won't look right no matter how hard you try.
Then there's hair texture, you want to blend in the transplant to avoid cutting the edges yourself.
Then hair color, you can always make brunettes, but it looks like shit the other way around. So brunettes are your blood type 0, platinum blondes are AB
Skintone can be adjusted if the difference is not too extreme.
Every other detail can be reworked, time isn't important. It's, however, incredibly dissapointing to waste half an hour on something that turns out terrible.

Knowing your editor is secondary, to be honest.
What's most important is having an accurate perception of how far off things are in matters of RGB balance, brightness/contrast and the 'pattern' on both pictures quality (smooth, rough, artifact rich, etc) to know what to butcher, to come to a common ground where everything blends in.
Essentially, you need a good eye for color and details

Why? Beacause you can actually darken half of her face and make it look OK. Painting sharp light/darkening light is incredibly hard if you want it to look legit.
