Try to trim it down to a minimum. i did crop mine in 10x15 ratio.
If you click your background with wand do you have patches where are opacity colors, if is, cleaned those off.. that should do it.

Oh, i almost forget, "Save for Web" rather than "Save As". Photoshop's "Save for Web" does some optimization that'll dramatically reduce file size.
