The color matching is good....I reckon you used the layer blending function in photoshop....
But you will get better results if you do it manually because your selection (face) will automatically been adapted to the shape of the body layer and this will lead to a different face shape and wont look like the original face any more. In your fake you forgot to correct the eyebrow on the left hand side, the eyebrow of the original (body layer) is still visible. This looks awkward and not very professional. Just use the clone stamp tool to fix this.
Take you time and the results will get better the more shops you do. Good luck!
