Anyone know of a program to make a gif as my wallpaper? I'm

Even if it was your wall paper it'll probably just look like shit.

The size of it is 190x143

and most screens are like 1024×768 or 1366×768.

So good luck, you'll just have a big brown blur as your wallpaper.
