aka 紅い眼鏡 (akai megane) directed and written from Mamoru Oshii from 1987.
Having a hard time looking for a download of this live action movie and it's sequel: "StrayDog: Kerberos Panzer Cops" aka ケルベロス地獄の番犬 (Keruberosu: Jigoku no Banken) from 1991.
They are both part of the Kerberos saga, probably most known around here for it's Anime adaption of "Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade".

Thank you, I feel stupid now. Have used this site before, but only for anime, didn't really know it had live action movies. Still... a 720p version would be even more appreciated. Guess I have to import a copy of the DVD anyway.

the rips on bakabt are from the DVDs. You'd need a Bluray copy for better quality
