I'm so confused by this site and how anyone is supposed to browse for pictures.

I follow blogs and I just end up with a massive home page that scrolls down forever, eventually freezing my browser. I can't find anything specific if I wanted to.

Another matter entirely for looking at other peoples Tumblr's pages. Some of them are that autoscroll shit, some of them just shove as many pictures as they can throw at you so you can't focus on anything.

Is their some kind of strategy or web app to look at this correctly? I'm at a loss

It is a mess to "search" for pictures; its more of a "constant update feed" regarding a topic.
What I do to look up porn is that I look for a specific category, yet a little broad, lets say redheads.
Search for "Redhead," if you like new pics, go into search settings and take off safety search and put "most recent," if you want guaranteed good pics, select "top."
If you like a certain picture, press the heart icon.

Tumblr is an ever changing platform, you can search in a specific blog, just write /archive and you can search per month and year within a specific blog.
It is just a constant flow, not a gallery like ImageFap or Reddit

also, the mobile version makes browsing easier, IMO
