What other torrent site would you guys recommend?
Or else, what other kind of fileshare network would you recommend?

well, how much effort are you willing to put into this? If not much, I'd go with rutracker and TPB.
You'll get anything you want, probably, but rutracker is kind of annoying since it's in russian, and TPB it's not the best thing out there (virus, not organized content etc)
If you decide to pay your way into a private tracker, there is IPT. It's a general tracker, should cover your needs, but it has a bad reputation (the owner attacks other trackers, it's dishonest and greedy etc). If you don't care for any of that and can spare a few bucks, go for that.
If you want really quality and content, go for specialized trackers. Go on reddit/trackers, there you'll get going.
