Any game where I can impregnate tons of women? Preferably with pregnancy stats, safe and dangerous days, items that enhance chance of conception, and so on...
Doesn't even have to be a graphic intensive game. Even one of those 'manager' type of games where's mostly just menus and stats would do.
OP here, quick list of the games I've tried so far:

Somewhat close to what I want, but doesn't have a safe or dangerous day system. Also doesn't keep track of stats such as number pregnancies and creampies.

Has a pregnancy system but it triggers a game over. Doesn't have any visible stats for the player. Nice game nontheless.
>Rapelay
Only three girls, no customization. Pregnancy triggers a game over if it's not 'taken care of'. Very few stats and somewhat of an old game.
There's probably a couple more, but I can't remember right now. Preferably games in english.
Will keep bumping with some tengu, if you guys don't mind.

This is basically the entire game, but what this doesn't have is image packs for girls.
To get girl packs you need to go to some of the treads on the board

Thanks for the reply. Does this Crazy's Mod add more complexity to the pregnancy system when compared to the vanilla game? What about persistent stats for activities with the girls. I couldn't find a proper changelog in the forum, but I will take a closer look at it later.

The vanilla game is really buggy and quite some years old and out of development.
So the Crazy's Mod is basically a quality of life update that adds a lot of stuff.
Just some more info
A thing you can do in this game is editing the config for customise the a lot in the game. A tab that might be interesting for you is the pregnancy where you can edit a lot about the pregnancy system.
Some of the other tabs
Items. Easy to use interface where you can create your own items for the game and edit items already in the game
Random Girl Data. Here you can create your own random girls that will appear in the game, and of course edit random girls already in the game.
Girl Data. Like the random girl, but for unique girls.
The same random girls appear a lot in the game, while unique girls only appear once every game.
Traits. Description of every trait in the game.

Ah I see. I had previously fiddled with these options back with the vanilla game. Nice to see that there are a few more parameters to tweak this time around. I specially like how they added a Fertile trait. I will try to mod in a Low Fertility trait as well, shouldn't be too hard.
Still, I couldn't find pregnancy and player interaction stats anywhere. Would be cool if the game kept track of how many times you've impregnated a certain girl, or how many times you've came inside of her.
Regardless, this Crazy's Mod thing is pretty awesome. Definitely rekindled appreciation for WM. Thanks anon!

Violated heroine is fine and all, but you play as the female and can only get pregnant yourself (as far as I know). In that regard, I've also played Vitamin Quest which is pretty hot as well.
With that said, the stats panel for VH is pretty much what I'm looking for. If only there was a harem game with that feature...
I will take a look at Slave Maker though, seems like an interesting option.

I think the game tracks how many children a girls has had but that's about it, and I think daughters have their mothers name written somewhere in their description.
Another slave manager game you might want to take a look at that does track all those things and does have pregnancy stuff in it too is.
