hello, I need help finding a music video/song. I remember the music video had a guy in a whitish suit and cane with sun glasses in some sort of middle east or egypt looking for something while trying to escape some women. It felt like it was a 80s music video but I'm not sure.

The guy also had a beard, the video kind of had a raiders of the lost ark feel to it.
In the video I think he was also carrying around a brief case of sort.
Also there were henchman after him
