Anyone who could do something with this image would be crating something from nothing. You wouldn't be seeing her tits, her skin her nothing. You would be seeing someone else's tits slapped on top & blended to make it appear real.

Because a picture is just like a layer of pixels. Imagine every pixel being a pigment particle on a piece of paper. Now rub over thet paper with your finger, the pigment particles get mushed together, irreversably. Same with pixels
