Right. Well, it's not easy or even worth the risk to get someone's exact location. Like someone already said, the best access is through the ISP's user data but this is always very secure and not worth it unless there was a big enough payout. Your best bet might be social engineering to trick her into giving enough personal info to locate. This all sounds shady though. Why not just ask her?
