I'd recommend you delete every image you have right now and re-collect images you like. No one will bother with your request when you post low quality images you want edited. There's thousands of LoL related hentai pics already tagged and uploaded, just find what you want there.

Generally, iqbd and sauseNAO are the most reliable for anime images.
In this case, they return nothing because this piece of artwork is western which is not often uploaded and shared. So using google image search, we can find that it has been uploaded on deviantart by maohwolf. Tinyeye has been shit in every single time I've used it. Yandex is a good alternative to google's image search if it returns nothing.
If you want to find the source of a video, just printscreen and crop the important part then upload it.

Editing is time consuming and not easy. You expect alot but realistically, you may only get 1 topless edit from here. You're not the only one requesting edits y'know. The reason people ignore your requests is not only because the resolution/quality of the images you want edited is low, but you present yourself as an ignorant foreigner to this website. People don't want to deal with newfags who can't into hentai/4chan. I've taught you how to find the source, you're on your way to having your request filled but really, why this specific request? For 1, boobies are more attractive when there is no nipple shown. 2, as I said before there's literally thousands of LoL hentai pics that are topless that could use state your schlicking needs.
