If you like how it turned out the process was:
1. New fill layer. I used skin color sample from a diff female model as the fill color.
2. Blending options / hue
3. Select nipples
4. New fill layer / brick red
5. Blending option / hue
6. Drop vibrance and saturation
7. Gaussian blur - 0.9
The pic can be touched up more but that's a quick one. Hope its what you were looking for. If I had more time I'd have done some coloring on the carpet but I don't think you really cared about the floor covering anyway;)
