Anyways I needed the original image as tthe one I first got had a handjob shopped in . I used original as my base , copied the hand alone . into its own layer. And then copied the dick on its own . into its layer. Then I had to create missing data since obviously the whole dick isn't there....
Then what I did was set up my first frame or picture to save by placing the hand I think on the bottom of the guys junk , saved , moved higher , saved , moved more, saved. And so on .
When I made it into a gif I used like 6 pics. Forward order and then reverse order so it would go smoothly . and not just awkwardly like jump back into place .

the hardest part of animating still pics, is the background. when you move the body, you have to draw in and re-create the part of the background that becomes exposed.
sometimes it's easier to just remove elements from the background, or the entire background altogether. with the hard part out of the way, you can then animate the subject any way you want in it's own layer, or layers
