well the quality will never turn out to be as good as the video. However I use Instagiffer which allows you to directly capture the screen,convert it into a gif and export the frames to a folder. There is other software online or that you can dowload that might turn out to be handy for you but after some years in the business I would recommend you that one.
Also the video looks super hot, make a gif out of it and contriubte to this thread. I'll save it and use it for future gif fakes.

Online video to gif sites are crap (at least the ones i tried). Convert the scene to mp4 and open it in photoshop. Set it so that it only keeps every 3.-4th frame. Edit it, and select export to web to save it as a gif.
