Ayn Rand was wrong about a lot of things.
Here, she's basically arguing against stereotyping. She says we can't judge a person based on their skin color, but by their actions.
/pol/ agrees with this, but unfortunately, it is impractical to have a long, personal conversation with every shitskin on Earth. Stereotypes are all but necessary if we are to get anything done.
Besides, the stereotype happens to be justified. Is it unfair for us to judge a group by its actions as a collective whole? (Ayn Rand thought so, because she didn't believe in collectives.) But when the stereotype is proven correct in hundreds or thousands of individual cases, every single day, it would be insane not to adopt it.
Again, /pol/ is generally meritocratic. But a company does not hire for a position by interviewing every unemployed person in the country. Likewise, we are justified in applying racial filters where they are sensible.
