Given how they were behind both the Russians and the Americans on developing the bomb, pretty unlikely. The untold story of WW2 is that the real geniuses were the Polishes and Hungarian Jews which developed much of the technology of the USA in the decades that followed, including nuclear reactors and computers.
If they Nazis won, they probably kill these guys and set themselves back technologically for 50 years.
On top of this, the most likely scenario of a German victory on the continent is another Cold War between the joined forces of the American continent and that of Europe and Eurasia. The battle ground would have been Africa, a series of proxy wars which eventually bankrupt the Nazi states, as they would have been stretched too thin and reliant wholly on a supply chain from Berlin to Rabat.
The French and Poles would have turned on their occupiers and sabotaged / suicide bombed trains and factories, and eventually the Nazi empire crumbles unable to govern during this period of detente.
The people who jerk off to a united world ruled by the Nazi's are no different than the people who jerk off to a united world ruled by one Communist party. The reality is most of the world's people don't want to unite, they'd prefer to be in constant conflict and imbalance, because it creates incentives for them to make a better life for themselves.
Germans are just autistic sperglords. Go back to say 15th century Germany and they are just as obsessed with neatness order and efficiency. They, like the Japanese, are genetically pre-disposed to totalitarian rule, it's part of their tradition, culture and genetic makeup.

The first four are particularly interesting since they were all born in the same neighbourhood in Budapest.
Jerzy Rozycki, Henryk Zygalski and Marian Rejewski (Polish) worked together to crack the Nazi's enigma machine cipher, which allowed for many surprise attacks and sealed victory for the Russians (who stole it from the English, who stole it from the Poles and improved techniques of attack). The German scientists thought it was uncrackable and secure and this hubris was passed on to their officer staff and military leaders who would often make tactical blunders due to their unsecured communication line.

although I am not sure that people are genetically predisposed to totalitarian rule but I am not ruling it out. I think it is not unlikely that cultures build sort of 'meta-feelings' (basically memes) that form a structure towards which your future feelings and dispositions will be biased. They show themselves in the individuality of the US, the collective nature of East Asia, etc.
