To get a gun you need to be a member of a shooting club for 6 months and attend a shooting convention. Then they decide if you should get a gun or not, and most of the time they will let you get a gun.
Rifles and shotguns are arguably easier, as they require a hunting course that takes 10 hours over different days, and one or two hunting tests.

Vestlandet dialects are harder than the rest of the country's dialects. Stavanger is even worse than Bergen dialect.
I think the easiest ones to understand are either the ones around Lofoten and Bodo, or western Oslo dialekt, but nobody can talk like that with a straight face.
