I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but yes. There are some bullshit limitations (eg. less than 18.5" barrel = Restricted, although it's easy as fuck to get a Restricted License if you aren't retarded) and a lot of good guns are banned by name via acts of Parliament (eg. a lot of Swiss Arms stuff) but otherwise yes. You're (mostly) stuck with a 5 rd mag if centrefire though, but there are workarounds like using a 5 rd .50cal mag which is allowed to hold as much of whatever ammo as you can fit in it so long as it only holds 5 of its intended caliber.
