Get a backpack, tent, sleeping bag, air mattress, and a good knife (check goinggear/other edc websites for gear recs). Keep a bag packed at all times in case of emergency. Start losing weight. Start buying vacuum sealed, ready-to-eat meals that will last you a few days. In extreme cases of happening, these are the only things that will keep you alive.
