You should start reading Internet articles because books are obsolete, you pseodo-intellectual.

In fact, it it spelled "Koran" in most slavic countries.

Animal Farm.
1984 is interesting, but Animal Farm is the most important book to read if you wish to understand politics.
>>81088465
This. It's quite short, too.
>>81087620
this
>>81087820
also watching 'The Island' is a good mix
If you want a few docs to break the book reading up:
Century of the Self
Human Resources
in regards to books:
The Next 100 Years
The Doors of Perception
You've probably read 1984, right? How about Animal Farm? Its kinda short. Also, Fahrenheit 451. Those are the basics of authoritarian dystopia fiction. After that, read something different. How about a nice sci-fi like The End of Eternity, or something from The Culture series?
>>81087620
The Social Contract by Rousseau
Scott Adams: How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big: Kind of the Story of My Life
The sooner you read it, the sooner you'll start a new life.

Metro 2033
Roadside Picnic
The Green mile
or my favourite
50 ways to eat cock

Fahrenheit 451 has gotten it closest. It's popular these days to debate Brave New World against 1984, but Captain Beatty's speech in 451 pretty much sums up the current state of things.
Catch 22

The Moon is a Harsh Mistress

The Camp of the Saints
Game of thrones, if you haven't already

Years ago I read the Doors of Perception before taking mescaline. Interesting but not necessary for the trip. Aldous was smart but an absolute madman.
The latest book I read was John Steinbecks Of Mice and Men. Its well worth reading. Dunno if its part of American English class at high schools but it isnt here.
>>81094392
Fuck off with that gay shit you pleb.
Dune
>>81095636
Yeah it's part of the HS required reading. At least where I am it was. Will you let me tend to the rabbits?

>>81097166
are you trying to say it's not worth reading? Although it's an easy read it's genuinely a good novel.
>>81088667
Animal Farm is an honestly the best allegory I've ever read.
It helps that the man actually lived under communism, which lends credibility.
>>81088719

I understand that the whole plot of Index revolves around religion and magic, especially the Anglican Church and British magicians, but that doesn't mean they don't get everything wrong.
