Redpill me on shampoos.
Should we use them? Are they poisoning our bodies and making us dependant on them? Do they induce baldness?
What substance contained in shampoos is mandatory to avoid?
>grampa rant about this all his lives
>refuse to use deodorant and such

Here's the redpill
Shampoos and other groceries are generally not designed to slowly poison the goyim or to make them dependent on them.
HOWEVER
Low end products are designed to appeal to poor cattle goyim and are generally low quality.
So the solution is to buy commodities that are high end. You can't go wrong with those.
The poisonous substances mainly found on low-tier products are not there on high end products

M8 google No-poo. no shampoo after a couple of months and your oils naturally even out. You can achieve the same result with apple cider vinegar and bicarb soda.
Deodorants use aluminum and you're spraying it straight into glands in order to prevent them from doing their job, which is to remove toxins from the body. Aluminum is linked to early dementia.
If its asthetics and being presentable, use it, although it's expensive and only exist because of marketers in the 60's.

The problem is that they create a feedback loop with your body. The more frequently you strip oils the harder your body works to replace them.
Your scalp needs oil. (See dandruff). Or think of a road you know that hasn't been repaired in a while.
Because you are constantly stripping your hair of the oils when you shampoo everyday, your scalp automatically goes into oil production overdrive to keep your scalp from disintegrating.
All of this extra oil and resin can build up really fast if you go from shampoo every day to none at all. Hence the massive grossness anyone who stops shampooing suddenly feels.
The good news is that your scalp can be trained to ease up on oil production if you take it easy for a few weeks/months. Using good old fashion salt water instead of shampoo is a good way to start. People talk about using a baking soda solution instead but that's really just a crutch. Vinegar dilutions can be used to make hair soft just like conditioners if your care about that.
Eventually your body realizes that it isn't getting a chemical stripping treatment everyday and backs down from hyper production and your can have awesome hair just washing with fresh water. Just like mosts humans have for 10,000+ years.
