I can only speak for myself -
1) I think the only ideas which we generally agree on is being able to keep our identity, culture.
2) I don't think that racist is the correct term, racialist maybe, that goes for white nationalism too. Though just like the cultural marxist we have our share of useful idiots/psychopaths who will use any excuse for violence.
3) Because they are a racial group who historically and continually, destroy, usurp. When you start realizing who does what against who. It paints a very different picture to them being victims.

None really, we aren't a cohesive group. The most common things would probably be nationalism and race-realism (the idea that races exist and cause differences in behavior).

White nationalism isn't racist, white supremacism is. Both can be found within the alt-right, but white nationalism is more common since it's more socially acceptable (although most white nationalists eventually become white supremacists if they think long enough about it). I wouldn't say it's inseparable (again, the alt-right isn't a cohesive group) but it's very common.

While there are racists, most people of the alt-right simply want a uni-cultural society. Some take this a step further and desire a uni-racial society as well, but I do believe these people are few and far between.

The alt-right is a generational shift, a sea change from the egalitarian liberalism that has dominated our culture since the 1960s. We have realized that our grandparents lived qualitatively better, happier lives than we or our parents do.
The link to White Nationalism comes from our rejection of egalitarianism and the claim that "diversity" is a benefit to society. We accept that differences in behavior are due largely to inherited genetic differences which are the result of natural selection acting on geographically isolated populations, different environments naturally selecting for the traits most beneficial for survival therein. We hold that what you call 'racism' is simply an evolved psychological mechanism which has aided the survival of our ancestors for millennia, as those who avoided foreign tribes tended to live longer and produce more offspring. Whereas the Left see this tendency as 'problematic' we see it as perfectly natural, where the Left thinks it best to attempt to alter or 'overcome' human nature (or deny the existence of human nature entirely) we think that meddling with these things will only lead to larger problems.

All of the racial, ethnic, and religious strife we see around us today is due to the rejection of the nation-state as the default form of government. The embrace of rootless cosmopolitanism is the death of true diversity. Cultures require people to create, build, maintain, and practice them; without the people the culture dies. "Just keep mixing until race doesn't matter anymore" This is a line I hear quite often from the Left, and it shows just how little they've actually thought things through. The end result of this 'enrichment' would be the eradication of all of the constituent peoples AND their cultures. This result is far too dystopian to contemplate. We must have strong borders to ensure the continued existence of our peoples and societies. Many of us think these societies should have an ethnic or racial basis.
As for the Jews, we see them as a subversive element within our society. At the heart of the decline of the West are several movements which have eroded traditional Western values, all which have prominently featured Jews (feminism, Boasian Anthropology, Civil Rights movement, Gay Rights movement). We see the Jewish push for more 'diversity' and 'cultural enrichment' in Western states as hypocritical considering the policies adopted by their own nation-state. We also notice that Jews hold positions of power in our society and culture disproportionate to their representation in the general population.

Depends how you define it. Go read Breitbart, go look up the alt-right posterboys on youtube ... they refuse to name the Jew.
As for why anti-semitism is so common on /pol/, because jews on average push multiculturalism and degeneracy on all nations except for Israel. Both as a defence mechanism and as a crude form of revenge.
They do this through media and political influence. They undeniably dominate media ownership and editorial control in the US and Sweden for instance.
