You're sitting on the train as per your daily morning commute, minding your own business when this guy starts angrily demanding you put aside the rhetoric. You politely ask "What rhetoric sir?". He stands upright, shaking with fury and shouts, "That's it, lets take this to the negotiating table!"

My experience is that Europeans have hated the British for as long as I can remember. Germans, Dutch, Swedish - any European I encounter is hostile to Britain. There are irreconcilable differences of mentality. We should never have entered any kind of union with such a humourless bunch of cunts, and the final straw should've came when Bonnie Tyler didn't win Eurovision.

You just need to find a good satirical outlet for that stuff so people won't actually take it seriously. As it should be.
For instance in this video Corbyn denies the six million and calls for the death of Jewish people.

How i suspect Theresa may actually became PM
>Theresa offers Borris a promsing position where he has upward mobility to the pm spot if he gives her the PM position now.
>Borris tells some of his supporters to tell Gove that they would prefer him as PM and they were only supporting Borris because he was in on the ticket
>Gove backstabs Borris as predicted, allowing Borris to gracefully bow out of the race.
>theresa may is defacto winner
>theresa essentially puts borris in a dangerous postiion where he can absorb any brexit shit as he is in charge of foreign affairs.
>Labor party is fucked with some dyke blairite trying to usurp power from Corbyn while EU loyalists move to Lib dems and the blairites are forced to serve elderly voters who support less immigration and brexit.

I suspect May to be a master manipulator and probably a good leader, and i don't think the tories will be seriously contested for leadership for another 3 general elections.

I also think May secretly supported brexit but decided to support remain as a political choice.
>>
>>80916423
>Move here while you can!

I am thinking about it, at least your economy and wages are growing, but our economy is growing due to immigration and we need it according to the liberals due to "muh birth rate", hell we have negative interest rates here in Sweden
>>
>>80916423
Let's not kid ourselves that we're miraculously uncucked. The Conservatives are economically conservative, but they're as socially progressive as the Labour party, and Theresa May's precedent is to be hard on any kind of perceived hate speech.

Because he thought being PM was a poison chalice, Boris wants to wait out the brexit and swoop in when everything is nice and easy. They might of also made some deals involving money. Theresa gets a couple of years in power but hands it over to Boris come election time, Boris gets a full cycle as prime minister and doesn't take the hit of being the one who made the UK leave the EU.

Given how things have gone, this seems quite likely. Cameron left knowing full well that whoever took over from him would be the one having to deal with everything and trigger Article 50 and face the backlash. Boris wants PM but didn't want to face the music so bowed out, but is now in a more advantageous position where he can make brexit decisions but without potentially commiting political suicide and will still get his shot further down the line. Quite clever, really.

>competent people
no the man is competent
this is why I do not like him.

He, as a member of the Conservative Party, managed to become Mayor of London, without voter fraud, which means he is either not a Conservative or tricked everyone in London into believing he wasn't.

He then managed to weasel his way out of a position he didn't want (PM who invokes Article 50) after joining the Leave Camp only to gain grassroots support in the party to take it by storm in 2020.

The man is competent. This is why I do not want him to be PM.
I would still rather have him to Theresa "Nineteen Eighty Four" May, though.

Labour takes their constituencies for granted and run ridiculous candidates and fail to help them. The constituencies repay them by BTFOing them. Don't overstate the case for Boris's winning against Ken Livingstone, the man's an unlikable literal communist. Boris is, though, media savvy, but most people are wary of it now and no one trusts him.

>>
>>80925940
I think he's coming up on some coke.
>>
>>80925941
Scotland is a different situation
after Thatcher a lot of the Labour voters decided to move to the SNP (basically same policies - just no Westminster), after which a lot of the youth of this country decided to support the SNP because they're in their rebellious stage and need a group to go against.
The North are just bored of the wanton immigration.

London is around 55% immigrant
therefore London is, and will remain, tribally Labour, since Labour policies let them in and let them stay.

Livingstone is an unlikable commie, but don't discredit Johnson for how savvy he had to be to steal the win from Labour, albeit Livingstone being their candidate did aid him to a large extent.

As someone living in Cumbria, I can confirm that the Labour support up here is nothing but tribal voting. In terms of policies, the average person up here aligns much more closely with UKIP in terms of policies, but when it comes to voting day, they all vote Labour because "Labour is the working class party" and "we've always voted Labour".

May specifically pointed out that the full proper name of the Tories is the "Conservative and Unionist Party," then went on about the Unionist part, saying she was a big believer in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland sticking together. It sounds like she has no intention of being outfoxed by Sturgeon.

Imagine if Scotland voted to Leave the UK 52-48 But Edinburgh voted to stay 66-34 would the SNP accept their own argument about being dragged put against their will? Of course not.

Michael Foster, whose family donated £400,000 to Labour's general election campaign, is to launch a legal case to keep Jeremy Corbyn off the ballot in the new leadership election unless he can secure the support of 51 MPs, which is the threshold for challengers.

The ruling National Executive Committee of the party decided on Tuesday night that it did not apply to the man trying to keep his job.

Mr Foster tells Today it is a matter of the proper interpretation of the rules of the party - do they give the incumbent leader the right to stand without the required number of nominations from MPs?

Everybody in the NEC "has a different agenda", he claims, and the matter "should be adjudicated by a neutral court of law".

I'm pretty impressed with May's cabinet lads. I'm glad she became PM now.

Philip Hammond is the most boring man in parliament so he will make an excellent chancellor. Osborne was obsessed with petty politicking and grand new policies to enhance his chance of being PM so I'm glad he's gone now.

Boris Johnson as Foreign Sec is cool but I would have preferred Gove, Boris seems to be hated by every foreign newspaper and I don't know how he'll go down with foreign leaders. He's optimistic and eloquent about Brexit though, which is good.

I had my doubts about Amber Rudd but her voting record suggests she's pretty hardline on immigration.

Liam Fox and David Davis are great choices too. Fox can strike those trade deals and Davis is probably the most well-informed Brexiteer in parliament.

Do you think that this will kill UKIP though? Their hope now that May is PM was that they could say that only they offered an enthusiastic anti-EU vision, but now that line is dead. They have to hope Labour turns into a London Metropolitan party so they can get those seats in the north.
