She's genuinely not saying anything or making any kind of statement that gets your grey matter working.
She's simply making an observation, the accuracy of which I do not know, by stating that Policemen are only policemen 40 hours a week (they're not - you're off-duty or on-duty but you're still a fucking policeman as long as you're part of the force) while she's a nigger all the time. Who knows what the fuck she's getting at. The lives of police officers matter less because they only work 40 hours a week, but hers matters more because she's niggering around all year long. That also kind of implies it's a chore to be a nigger, which it isn't. They have the personal agency to lift themselves out of whatever situation they're in. There are hundreds of scholarships for women and niggers that put them at an advantage, though it should just be on equal ground they still claim to be at a disadvantage because.... idk but they're black so they suffer.
