It has been demonstrated time and time again that hospitals will give poorer levels of care to people on the doner list, they will prep the body for organ transplant even before you die. Been cases where nurses had to intervene as doctors started to kill people for there organs.
Hospitals make big big bucks for harvesting organs so they have huge intensives to do it. It's why when I renewed my license I did not sign.
