If I say to a PoC "fucking nigger" and he assault me -> I fight back and during the brawl kill him by accident, can I be charged with racism that can lead me to have more year of prison if the same situation were between two white guys?

If you get in a fight with somebody, and kill them, you may be charged. Legally you can defend yourself, but you run the risk that the police will think you're lying about defending yourself and charge you. If there are witnesses though you should be fine.

So if you call a nigger a nigger and he kicks your ass, he can claim you used fighting words.
If he attacks you and you fight back and kill him, it's self defense.
