People is this country have an extremely weak grasp on finance because most of them are stupid and prefer to be spoonfed. A person, the real kind, pays income tax on revenue. A corporate "person" is taxed only on profits. Huge disparity there. Then, while a person cannot offset revenue in any way, a business can write off all expenses up to and including manufacturing losses.

That is her hypocrisy. The goal of life was to be happy and Nathaniel felt happy with that woman rather than with Rand because she was much older than he was.

If you have 100 employees, 4 directors, 10 highly paid in varying degrees managers and 86 low income staff.
Currently the directors pay 48%, the highly paid staff 40% and the 86 low income staff 12% of total tax
Now you put in a flat rate, everyone pays 1%, except your 86 employees can no longer live on the wage you provide because they had tax credits, you now need to pay them more so they can stay warm, eat and get to work.
you end up paying an extra 48% to cover them.
Or you just go the North African route, tax where you can , corruption because your ciclv servants earn fuck all, no police, no roads, no healthcare, no education. You end up losing money overall instead of paying 48% of the total tax.
