I´m lactose intolerant. I´m from southeast Spain, probably with french ancestors. I drink dairy free milk almost every morning cause lactose is the milk glucose (milk sugar), not milk itself. Althought we have less products available than people with coeliac condition, with will fight until the end. Hope japs join me

I got it slightly probably from the native american in me from my moks side. I can eat cheese and and high fat stuff with lactose in it because fat helps digest lactose but lots of lowfat milk just murders my bowels and gives me hardcore diahrea and crampin for bout 2-3 hours usually takes 2 hours to kick in. Worse time i had was eating some chinese food that had cream cheese in it and I didn't think of it because shit was good and i was crampin and shittin for 3 hours. I can drink chocolate milk fine though.
