In America, the meme is pushed all over the place over and over that if you want to be successful, you need to go to college. Kids are taught this practically from 1st grade
Thus we have all these people trying to get into college, most of them don't have the IQ for it. So as a result, Democrats pushed for the funding of various avenues of study that in truth, do not belong in college. Things such as Sociology, Psychology, Communications....etc. These majors are filled to the brim with students who are basically idiots.
In these classes, they are essentially taught Marxist ideals. Listen to the ranting and raving of the average SJW and you basically understand what goes on in these classrooms. This is the source, this is where it's all coming from. These majors don't help the students get jobs, but they do teach them how to agitate to tear the system down.
The major problem is, even with these easy degrees, not enough blacks are getting into college. So they started "black studies" programs to even out the demographics. If you're black, you're admitted, simple as that. In these black studies programs, the students are taught that black society was idyllic and peaceful until the white man came and destroyed it, enslaving them and rewriting their history. "We wuz kangz" is more than just a meme, it's what's actually going on in a lot of these courses. Blacks leave college with no job skills, except a burning desire to riot, burn, and destroy whitey.
Taxpayers are paying millions to indoctrinate a generation of radicals who will be used to tear the system down. Meanwhile the students are put thousands of dollars in debt while the college presidents rake in millions.
"Racial Justice" is part of this ideology. Likely Google and Twitter have some affirmative action hires on their staff fresh out of college with a soft degree.
