This "museum" is utter bullshit. And I'm saying this as a Christian that believes in evolution. People who adhere to the 6000-year creationism timeline are worse than Muslims that think "Martyring" means suicide bombing and Jews who believe in the "Muh Six Millions!"

Though, on the whole, such Christians are far less destructive to society - they can be ignored.

but dinosaurs weren't lizards

Dinosaurs were reptiles, but there's a difference between a lizard and a reptile

birds on the other hand aren't lizards, but are technically speaking dinosaurs

>Birds are now recognized as being the sole surviving lineage of theropod dinosaurs. In traditional taxonomy, birds were considered a separate class that had evolved from dinosaurs, a distinct superorder. However, a majority of contemporary paleontologists concerned with dinosaurs reject the traditional style of classification in favor of phylogenetic taxonomy; this approach requires that, for a group to be natural, all descendants of members of the group must be included in the group as well. Birds are thus considered to be dinosaurs and dinosaurs are, therefore, not extinct. Birds are classified as belonging to the subgroup Maniraptora, which are coelurosaurs, which are theropods, which are saurischians, which are dinosaurs.[17]

The Bible says there was no death before the fall of man. Literally, all animals were herbivores until Adam and Eve sinned and the curse was put on creation. The Earth is billions of years old.

Think about it. If God created everything within literally '7' days, or even 7 thousand years within a thousand year gap between, we would not be able to see the stars in our sky today, nor would our telescopes even pick anything up, because they wouldn't have reached us yet

What God did first was created the Heavens, waited for a very long time (probably a second or so for him since he exists outside of time), and then created the Earth. By the time Earth was created, you would've been able to see the stars, and then all of what he created was followed after.

2hu r u quoting? I said nothing about Christians being the only ones to keep records. I asked which other group would've been able to in Europe.

So another abrahamic religion would've kept the records and did keep the records. Good to know. Even then, Islam was in many ways a response to Christianity, albeit a more militant response, so I would still say Christianity would've kept that.

The Christians kept it recorded in large enough numbers to make it meaningful. Having many manuscripts of things such as the teachings of aristotle, mathematics, medicines etc... allows the information to be spread. Especially when you have scribes who were constantly writing it down. It allowed scholars to go to these places of relative safety to learn.

Practical knowledge only lasts as long as the generation passes it down. If you record things, it allows the information to skip generations.
